Where do you deliver flowers to?
We deliver flowers every day to Taradale, Napier, Hastings, Havelock North.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
We have a special flower courier who will only leave the flowers if it is safe to leave them. Also the courier, who only delivers flowers, will check that the flowers will be out of the elements so they will not be left in the sun of rain. He can leave a calling card in the letterbox and will always leave the flowers in water.

At The Flower Barrow Boutique florist we value your security and privacy. Your order is protected by using our secure server. While we may (with your permission) securely store your customer details, your credit card details are NEVER stored once we have processed your order. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

Where possible the particular container or basket shown will be supplied. Should these not be available alternative containers of a similar value and style will be substituted
Returns Policy
At The Flower Barrow Boutique Florist, we are committed to providing quality products to our customers.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your gift it may be exchanged for another gift to the same value. Simply return the unwanted gift to our store at 229 Gloucester St, Taradale, Napier, New Zealand. Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition and be accompanied with an explanation for your return.
Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference.Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to The Flower Barrow Boutique florist who delivered the order.
Please note - floral gifts are perishable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
